Welcome to the AUM Library


Use this guide as a starting point for completing your thesis.  The guide links to resources for finding information regarding the formatting and approval process for submitting your completed thesis to the AUM Library for inclusion in the digital repository and for obtaining a personal bound copy of your thesis.

If you need assistance, please visit the Dean's Office on the 2nd floor of the Library or the Archives & Special Collections Dept on the 8th floor, or click on the Ask a Librarian link in the AUM Library box at the left.

Thesis Clearance Instructions

These forms are used to certify completion of the thesis format review process. All forms should be submitted, with the required signatures, to the Library Dean’s Office along with your thesis document. The Dean’s office is located on the 2nd floor of the Ida Belle Young Library Tower in room 211. If you have questions please contact the Archives & Special Collections Department at 244-3213, or the Dean’s office at 244-3200.
