About Judicial and Federal Court Publications

The Federal Courts resolve disputes and conflicts arising from federal law. The Federal Courts include the District (Trial) Courts, the Appellate Courts, the Supreme Court, and also Bankruptcy Courts, Tax Courts, and the Court of International Trade. Court Publications include official opinions (decisions) and reports, case documents, rules of practice and procedure, and directories of the federal judiciary.
